Grey parrots get new protections in DRC

Wildlife traffickers capture more than 20% of the total population of grey parrots each year, causing the wild population to crash. Worse, almost two-thirds die before reaching the international market. Now the Democratic Republic of Congo has taken a big step to protect these endangered birds.
